Why do you collect deposits for bookings?
At Solely Nail Brand, our team works on commission, a deposit decrease no-show appointments.

How do I cancel my appointment?
You can cancel your appointment by calling or emailing us.

Can I bring my kid or pet?
We love babies & pets, but due to the nature of our environment, we do not allow children who are not being serviced or pets of any kind.

What form of payment do you accept?
We are a cashless establishment; we accept payment in the form of debit and credit cards. Apple pay is accepted as well.

How long will it take my order to ship?
Most orders will ship within 48 hours; orders can take 3-5 days to receive.

What is your Return/exchange policy?
Return/exchange inquiries are handled on an individual case; we do our best to ensure quality control. If the item is received defective, please contact us within 5 days to request a replacement.

Can I cancel/ change my order?
There is a very small window between the time the order is placed and when it can be changed or canceled. As long as the order has not been processed and shipped, we can cancel the order. Once the order has been shipped, we can no longer cancel or make changes to the order.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
